About The Position

The role of a Cleaning Supervisor is to deliver smooth-running field operations and total quality assurance for our clients. You will be directly responsible for a team of Cleaning Technicians. The role comprises four main areas of responsibility and activity: Field Personnel Supervision: In addition to providing routine cleaning, you will manage a team of Cleaning Technicians. Responsibilities include: time, attendance and scheduling; maintaining field adherence to company standards and policies; and fostering engagement and high morale. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for training new Cleaning Technicians. Facility Support & Cleaning Route Execution: This is a working supervisor role. You will maintain a regular cleaning route and provide hands-on facility support. This includes performing routine cleaning tasks, responding to day-to-day facility needs, restocking supplies, supporting special cleaning requests, and work as assigned. By remaining actively involved in production, you help set the pace for the team and ensure consistent execution of Trilogy’s service model. Quality Assurance: You are responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent results that are aligned with Trilogy’s standards. Client Point of Contact: You will act as the day-to-day point of contact between our client and Trilogy. Your goal is to ensure that the client always has a positive experience with Trilogy and our services.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to be flexible with your work schedule
  • Comfortable working in an active, professional office environment
  • Ability to carry and use a backpack vacuum cleaner
  • Ability to push a cleaning cart, utility cart, and/or dolly cart
  • Ability to perform repetitive duties, including climbing stairs and standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to frequently and repetitively bend, lift, and reach
  • Ability to stoop, lay, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, and twist
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including safety glasses and safety shoes, and adhere to prescribed safety rules and guidelines
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Very strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Cleaning Technicians, including time, attendance, and scheduling.
  • Maintain field adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Foster engagement and high morale among the cleaning team.
  • Train new Cleaning Technicians.
  • Maintain a regular cleaning route and provide hands-on facility support.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, respond to day-to-day facility needs, and restock supplies.
  • Support special cleaning requests and perform other assigned duties.
  • Deliver high-quality, consistent results aligned with Trilogy’s standards.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact between the client and Trilogy.
  • Ensure compliance with Trilogy’s standard operating procedures and systems.
  • Monitor direct reports to ensure safety standards are met.
  • Resolve problems quickly and appropriately with staff and colleagues.
  • Coordinate minor building repairs and ongoing maintenance with service partners.
  • Manage consumable supply items.
  • Communicate daily with the client’s point of contact.
  • Manage HQ and Branch cleaning routes, including site checks and filling in on routes.
  • Complete Trilogy’s Cleaning Technician training program.
