Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment
Ability to train, coach, develop and motivate employees
Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
Experience using a computer and handheld devices
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Must be able to work a retail schedule of nights and weekends
Must be at least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service.
Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures
Assist in the areas of merchandising, operations, sales and customer service
Partner with the Store Manager to establish and communicate all critical metrics and expectations within the store, including but not limited to sales, visual, operations, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll/scheduling, and training.
Coach, teach, train, recognize and manage all aspects of performance and development for all store associates to encourage professional growth and build a bench of talent.
Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks as directed by management
Maintain cleanliness of all areas including the sales floor, shop and restrooms.
