About The Position

At Lucky Strike Entertainment, the Supervisor role is dynamic and active, involving coordination with team members and assuming responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager. Supervisors are expected to ensure high standards are met with consistency. This position is for a dedicated team player who is looking for opportunities to grow. The ideal candidate excels at developing talent and can partner with the center’s management team to deliver a world-class guest experience. Strong communication skills, a commitment to exceptional service, and professional flexibility are essential, as the role requires supporting the center through extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. While considered entry-level, the Supervisor position is viewed as a gateway to learning the 'ins & outs' of the center, developing as a leader, gaining responsibility, and potentially moving into a management role.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • A commitment to great guest service
  • 1-2 years experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants
  • Solid communication skills

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by your center.

Responsibilities

  • Be a champion for guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
  • Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with leagues.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff.
  • Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage the individual strengths of team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity by working side by side every day.
  • Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in dining offerings.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.
