About The Position

The Supervisor oversees and manages the operation of the Sip Cell Department. This is a second-shift position in Dewitt, Iowa, scheduled Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Overtime may be required based on demand. Pay is $34.40 per hour, increasing to $35.90 within six months; the stated rate includes a $3 shift differential.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a production setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods and climb stairs, bend, lift, and push.
• Hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to use both hands and fingers.

Responsibilities

• Create workstation schedules.
• Oversee operational performance and product quality, and provide regular progress reports to the Plant Manager.
• Supervise employees.
• Assist employees with production issues.
• Enforce and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain proper production inventory.
• Perform accident investigations.
• Work with the HR Manager and Plant Manager to resolve employee issues.
