About The Position

This role involves enforcing gaming laws and casino rules and regulations, conducting investigations, and monitoring gaming establishments. The Supervisor will submit reports, maintain confidential communications, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies. A key aspect of the role is the ability to manage and supervise employees, including training, discipline, and performance evaluation. The position requires excellent computer literacy and proficiency in operating audio and video surveillance systems, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance within their area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Ability to process information effectively, learn new material, and identify and define problems.
  • Ability to work any shift and work longer hours based on business needs.
  • Ability to cover shifts when needed.
  • Ability to multi-task with all equipment used.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be at least 21 at time of hire.
  • Must be able to demonstrate US work authorization during employment verification.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
  • Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
  • Must have excellent vision and hearing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in previous security, Police Force and/or certification in the use of Surveillance systems is an advantage and is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce gaming laws on property and casino rules and regulations.
  • Conduct investigations and monitor and observe gaming establishments.
  • Submit written or verbal reports for departments as needed.
  • Maintain highly confidential communications with Management staff, security, and law enforcement personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and laws applicable to the gaming operation.
  • Manage and supervise employees professionally.
  • Supervise, discipline, and train employees.
  • Observe and evaluate employee performance.
  • Attend all mandatory trainings and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
