About The Position

The Supervisor Warehouse role is responsible for managing the receiving and distribution of goods (production material) within the warehouse, ensuring evidence of goods flow within the plant. This position involves monthly warehouse management deadlines, cooperation in solving complaints and inventorying, and updating stock levels for Material Coordinators. The role requires self-reliant work and cooperation with all M/L department members, adherence to YF iOS work instructions and other warehouse management procedures, and active participation in fulfilling cost and turnover plans. Additionally, the role supports Launch and Balance Out Activities and is responsible for maintaining the health of the warehouse and docks through 5S activities, as well as maintaining equipment and docks, including doors. The position also requires following legal and other requirements concerning environmental protection.

Requirements

2-5 Years of Experience in materials / warehouse management with previous experience managing people.
1-3 Years of Experience within the automotive industry.
Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
English (Fluency with Reading, Writing, Speaking)
