Requirements

  • The actual compensation will depend on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
  • Personal Cell phone usage will be kept to a minimum and will not be in use during operation of company vehicles or forklift.
  • Comply with the company’s drug and alcohol policies; maintaining a drug-free and alcohol-free work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all policies, procedures, and standard work applicable to your position.
  • Identify any gaps in your knowledge and work with leadership to remedy.
  • Obtain a Tier I rating for the site 10 out of 12 months of the year, minimum.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and sales floor.
  • Own and promote 5S behaviors in warehouse.
  • Lead the execution of cycle counts (parts & DSO) and assure goals are met for the month and quarter.
  • Delegate tasks to your team to accomplish cycle counts.
  • Maintain correct BIN locations in both the showroom and warehouse.
  • Stage, ship, and receive parts, equipment, and supplies within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Maintain claims, bins action needed, return shelf, will call shelf.
  • Complete all daily, weekly, monthly safety requirements and report on Gensuite.
  • Manage timecards for your employees and submit them on time.
  • Make corrective adjustments to employees time punches only when they inform you via email or text that corrections need to be made.
  • Lead by example: consistently follow all safety policies and procedures and advocate for others to do the same.
  • Communicate any safety related issues, questions, or concerns to leadership.
  • Report at any safety concerns as soon as possible.
  • Communicate 1 safety improvement recommendation to leadership each calendar year.
