About The Position

The Hospital based violence intervention program coordinator is primarily responsible for programmatic oversight and management for a multi-disciplinary hospital-based violence intervention program dedicated to reducing re-injury and mortality rates among youth and adults. The program coordinator will develop a program using trauma informed practices and incorporating the social determinants of health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Social Work/LCSW or related fields required.
  • 3 years of community health experience
  • 3 years of Supervisory experience required
  • Prior experience with grant management

Nice To Haves

  • Master's preferred.
