About The Position

The Valet Supervisor will help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment. This role involves responding to customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with accident/incident reports, and aiding local management with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff. The supervisor will also assist with maintaining and cataloging equipment, uniforms, and supplies, reconciling daily bank reports and ticket logs, and identifying discrepancies. A key part of the role is maintaining logs of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators. Additionally, the supervisor will monitor facility cleanliness and physical conditions, reporting any safety or maintenance issues. The position may also require performing valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.

Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
  • You have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
  • You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
  • You are a roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
  • Your friends describe you as trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
  • You are self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive.

Responsibilities
