The Valet Supervisor will be responsible for motivating and leading staff to promote teamwork and a customer service environment. This role involves responding to customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with accident/incident reports, and supporting staff training, scheduling, and evaluations. The supervisor will also assist local management with maintaining equipment, uniforms, and supplies, reconciling daily bank reports and ticket logs, and monitoring facility cleanliness and safety. Performing valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed is also part of the role.
