This role is designed for an individual to gain knowledge of all departmental functions and assist in supervising production team members. The trainee will ensure the team follows safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance, monitor and assign duties, and assist in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities. Additionally, the role involves assisting in training and cross-training team members, managing inventory and supply orders, and performing safety inspections.
