About The Position

This role involves gaining knowledge of all departmental functions and assisting in supervising production team members. The trainee will ensure the team follows safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance, monitor and assign duties, and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and training initiatives. Additionally, the role includes recording and ordering inventory and supplies, and performing safety inspections.

Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of poultry plant operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred.

Responsibilities
