About The Position

Eversight’s Tissue Recovery Supervisor provides frontline operational leadership for Recovery Technicians by ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant tissue recovery operations. This role balances approximately 50% clinical recovery responsibilities with operational oversight, technician development, scheduling, and workflow coordination. Working closely with the Recovery Operations Manager, the Recovery Supervisor supports daily operations, reinforces quality standards, and promotes employee development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of tissue recovery or comparable clinical experience required.
  • Experience providing technician training, coaching, or operational leadership preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with peers, healthcare professionals, and external partners is required.
  • Working knowledge of EBAA medical standards, FDA regulations, tissue recovery operations, Microsoft applications, and operational software.
  • Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle is required.

  • Undergraduate studies in healthcare, biological sciences, leadership, business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees day-to-day recovery operations while ensuring compliance with EBAA Medical Standards, organizational policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Develops monthly technician schedules and coordinates routine staffing adjustments to support operational readiness.
  • Serves as the first point of escalation for technician questions and operational issues and communicates significant concerns to the Recovery Operations Manager.
  • Monitors recovery workflow, case progression, and operational priorities to support efficient recovery operations.
  • Performs tissue recoveries approximately 50% of scheduled work time while maintaining clinical competency and serving as a clinical resource for Recovery Technicians.
  • Serves as staff trainer by providing field-based coaching, onboarding support, competency assessments, post-graduation observations, and wet lab instruction.
  • Provides day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback while documenting routine coaching conversations and identifying opportunities for employee development.
  • Coordinates supply inventory and ordering to maintain operational readiness.
  • Supports implementation of departmental workflows, process improvements, and operational initiatives by reinforcing new practices and providing frontline feedback.
  • Monitors documentation quality and reinforces compliance with CPPs, SOPs, and best practices while escalating quality concerns as appropriate.
  • Assists with technician interviews, onboarding activities, and partner education opportunities as assigned.
  • Participates in the Administrator On Call (AOC) rotation.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.
