About The Position
The Supervisor Telehealth RN is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the Staying Healthy After Childbirth (STAC) program, a Postpartum telehealth program for remote patient monitoring intended to decrease the potential of postpartum readmissions due to hypertension. The position provides supervision, oversees scheduling and tracks statistical information for program growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree
- 3-5 years OB nursing experience
- State of Wisconsin RN license
