About The Position

Provide day-to-day work direction and supervise to maintain steady workflow and productivity in Information Technology (IT) support, operations, and activities. Manage technical services for the Bureau/Department and provide system and other technical training to department staff. Design and customize data entry screens for department use. Develop and maintain systems, tools, and device manuals, practices, and policies. Troubleshoot and resolve end user problems. This position is Actively Recruited and At Will.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a directly related field.
  • Four (4) years in providing technical support and maintenance to assigned systems, platforms, and applications or directly related experience is required.
  • Two (2) years of prior supervisory or lead experience is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of current industry standards, regulations, and construction and building trades.
  • Skill in solving problems in a cost-effective manner.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and training.

Responsibilities
