About The Position

The Supervisor - Table Games position directly supervises up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department. This role carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. The job requires a good, sound knowledge of table procedures, excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps (e.g., dinners, concerts, and entertainment), and knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play, and irregularities. A thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, Title 31, and Louisiana Gaming Regulations is essential. The role also requires excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers, and continued training sessions are required. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Good, sound knowledge of table procedures.

  • Knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities.
  • Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
  • Excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers.
  • Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
