Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
Requires experience managing people/budgets.
Basic understanding of MS Office and database application skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
Ability to walk up and down stairs and walk around the warehouse.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff preferred.
Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities: train, develop and evaluate team members.
Mentor and monitor warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility.
Maintain FEFO (First expire first out) & Bin Match targets.
Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
Assist and maintain product loss control.
Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
Support maximum/optimum fleet utilization.
High level of customer service focus and response required as an operations liaison to the sales centers.
Review, monitor and address full good inventory levels to minimize potential out of stock risk to sales.
Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
Bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
