POSISTION SUMMARY The Substance Use Mobile Resource (SUMR) Program Supervisor is responsible for the management and implementation of the SUMR program in coordination with department leadership. The prevention department serves as the outreach arm of the organization. The SUMR Supervisor performs administrative, supervisory, budgetary, and technical duties in overseeing, planning, coordinating and implementing the Substance Use Mobile Resource Van Program in coordination with Prevention Department leadership and the Dept of Health at the City of New Orleans. Actively engages with system-wide Leaders to support accomplishing CrescentCare's overall mission and objectives. Works collaboratively with internal and external partners in federal, state, and local agencies to deliver the highest quality programs and services in accordance with all regulatory and grant requirements. Responsible for supervision and management of their team members from hire to exit by modeling, hiring, clarifying expectations, coaching, and developing as well as holding accountable to CrescentCare's attendance, behavior, and performance expectations.
