About The Position

This role involves the development of a Quality Assurance Plan and the inspection of all aspects of contract performance for all Annexes. As delegated by the Quality Manager, the Supervisor, Sr. QA Specialist has the authority to halt any operations, processes, or services if there is an indication of non-conformance to the BOS Contract or for any safety-related matters. This position provides specialized technical expertise to support the Quality program, including advanced inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and quality tools for problem-solving and assessment. The role also includes creating inspection reports to document the conditions of work areas and ensure requirements are met, making recommendations for corrective actions, and applying knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution. The individual will implement principles of performance evaluation and prediction methods to enhance the production system's safety, reliability, and maintainability. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards of products and the procedures and materials used in the work scope, and aligning the quality management function with the performance needs of product lines. Under general supervision, this role solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices, and uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and 9001:2015.
  • Self-motivated and versatile supervisor with strong leadership characteristics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through to completion on multiple tasks, under strict deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain one with restriction code at least 2.
