About The Position

Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Registry of Unmet Needs (RUN) Supervisor to manage the RUN and oversee RUN Coordinators. This role supports the provision of Tailored Care Management to members on the RUN and requires attention to detail and collaboration with internal and external partners. The position is located remotely within Trillium’s Catchment area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field or fully NC licensed RN and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience with BH/MH and/or IDD populations; OR Master’s degree in Human Services field or fully NC licensed RN and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with BH/MH and/or IDD populations.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within Trillium’s Catchment area (Anson, Bertie, Beaufort, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Carteret, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Guilford, Halifax, Hertford, Hoke, Hyde, Jones, Lee, Lenoir, Martin, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Tyrrell, Warren, Washington, Wayne, and Wilson).
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of Tailored Care Management (TCM) for members on the RUN.
  • Oversee staffing and supervision of team members, including hiring, orientation, training, evaluation, disciplinary recommendations, and maintaining staff productivity.
  • Assist with the development, evaluation, and refinement of procedures and processes to meet team needs.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures, URAC, NCQA, NC Medicaid, and DMH/DD/SAS.
  • Use data resources to evaluate performance, identify patterns or trends, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Managed Care as a whole.
