About The Position

Bishop Spencer Place is seeking a Supervisor for their Skilled Nursing team. This role involves career growth within an organization that prioritizes employee well-being and patient care. The Supervisor will provide clinical oversight for Skilled Nursing, Traditional Assisted Living, and Memory Care Assisted Living units, and will directly manage Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Additionally, the position serves as a facility-wide resource for education and infection control.

Requirements

• RN Required
• BLS Required
• RN license required
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Registered Nurse - Various

Responsibilities

• Clinical oversight of our Skilled Nursing, Traditional Assisted Living and Memory Care Assisted Living
• Direct report for our CNAs
• Call rotation every 3rd week
• Oversee and manage the delivery of nursing services in the skilled nursing and assisted living units
• Direct supervision of the nursing assistant staff
• Serve as a facility wide education and infection control resource
• Staff Management
• Clinical Education
• Infection Prevention and Quality Assurance
