As a Supervisor, Shipping (3rd Shift), you will play a pivotal role in our hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment. Owning the entire shipping process, you will ensure that AI acts as a force multiplier to achieve operational excellence. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping or logistics, with supervisory experience preferred.
Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions in shipping operations.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in a 503A/503B environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic goals.
Ability to lift and move 50 pounds comfortably.
