About The Position

Health Solutions is a premier wellness center focused on whole-person care. With over 400 employees in Southern Colorado, you would be joining a mighty team of support and administrative staff, clinicians, physicians, nurses, and others in our efforts to improve the health and well-being of our community. We’re hiring a full-time Supervisor, School-Based Program to work at our Family Center at 1591 Taos Rd.

Requirements

  • Master's degree and Colorado licensure in clinical social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Extensive knowledge of theories, modalities, and clinical treatment, with particular emphasis on experience in the treatment of children, adolescents, and families.
  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team and collaboration with community agencies.
  • Experience working in a school setting.
  • At least five years of postgraduate experience, including three years working with children and adolescents as a licensed professional.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A valid Colorado driver's license and access to transportation during work hours.
  • Must already be authorized to work in the US; sponsorships not available.

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of school-based behavioral health professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to students and families.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision, conduct site visits, manage case assignments, support staff development, and maintain compliance with documentation, grant, and organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with schools, community partners, and leadership to strengthen services, provide training and presentations, and support overall program operations.
  • Supervise assigned clinical staff in accordance with Center policies and procedures.
  • Participate in required staffings and assign cases as needed.
  • Facilitate and ensure the provision of individual, group, and family counseling.
  • Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with other community agencies.
  • Work cooperatively with contract managers and supervisors.
  • Supervise all licensed professionals, licensure candidates, unlicensed mental health professionals, and case managers working in the school-based programs.
  • Conduct site visits and supervisory observations for school-based clinicians at D60 and D70 schools.
  • Give mental health-related presentations and trainings to school staff and affiliated professionals.
  • Maintain competency and proficiency with the electronic health record and provide up-to-date information about changes to assigned clinicians.
  • Participate in administrative meetings about company changes in policy and procedures.
  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision, including written new-hire progress reviews and periodic feedback and reviews of staff supervised by this position, in accordance with Center policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Gather and report on grant requirements associated with supervised programs.
  • Provide administrative coverage in the absence of the program director.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the program director.
