About The Position

This position is responsible for the general maintenance of the Master Schedules in the IDX System and acts as the department liaison for the after-hours advisory service. The role involves handling incoming calls to the department's centralized appointment scheduling lines, communicating changes to physician master schedules with the department of Surgery, updating scheduling protocols and manuals, monitoring ACD reports daily, and managing staffing, personnel issues, reporting, and planning. The position may also assist with front desk duties in the clinical practice as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
  • Computerized Appointment Scheduling (2 Years)
  • Managerial (1 Year)

Responsibilities
