About The Position

The Supervisor, Respiratory Care is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling activities and operations on the assigned shift in Respiratory Care. Key Job Responsibilities Essential Function Develops and implements short term plans and schedules in order to keep operations running smoothly during assigned shifts. Develops and implements processes through orientation, training, and education to ensure that the competence of all staff members is assessed, maintained, improved, and demonstrated throughout their employment. Is responsible for ensuring shift operations run smoothly and efficeiently within the established guidelines set by Regional One Health. Assists the manager and director in the annual budget process and staffing decisions. Evaluates performance of staff annually.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree from an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy
• Minimum 3 years experience of Respiratory Therapy experience in an acute care setting
