Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year experience working with youth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Management of assigned residential living dorms, which include a safe and homelike atmosphere, dormitory and maintenance, social skills, dorm culture, and student leadership.
- Monitor and control dormitory conditions; evaluate situations and conditions within the dormitories and make decisions or recommendations to management.
- Perform administrative duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, negative incident reports, emergencies, and terminations.
- Provide proper guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the program.
- Direct dorm activities as designated.
