About The Position

Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) is seeking a Supervisor to join our Reliability Operations team in Wilmington, MA. This person supervises a team of operators and is responsible for driving performance, and ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of operations in a fast-paced semiconductor reliability lab environment.

Requirements

3+ years of supervisory experience in a semiconductor or other manufacturing environment
Proven leadership of teams ranging from 6-8 employees
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
Ability to balance people leadership with operational execution
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Semiconductor or wafer fab experience preferred

Responsibilities

Leads a team of Rel Ops personnel for executing reliability qualifications with the highest level of quality
Drive key operational metrics including safety, quality, and cycle time. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for metrics improvement
Collaborate with Reliability Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure successful qualification execution and customer support
Establish a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining and enforcing organization standards.
Ensure high quality output by managing team attendance, optimizing workload allocation, enforcing procedure and specifications, as well as issue identification and resolution.
Consistently demonstrate proactive communication with direct reports and management to establish clear direction and alignment on priorities and metrics.
Work with direct reports to develop and improve individual and team performance through coaching, appraising job results and counseling.
Participate in and model, continuous improvement activities, using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Responsible for corrective actions to address problems associated with processing and conduct formal employee performance evaluations.
Supervisors will be expected to manage appropriate responses to workplace safety incidents.
