Sentara Therapy Center - Independence is seeking a Supervisor, Rehab/Therapy Services. This role is for a healthcare provider with over 131 years in business, offering hundreds of sites of care including 12 hospitals, PACE, home health, hospice, medical groups, imaging services, therapy, outpatient surgery centers, and an 858,000 member health plan. Requirements
- Associates Level Degree - Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree preferred in the appropriate discipline
- Must be either a PTA, COTA, PT, OT, SLP, Athletic Trainer, Licensed chiropractor or Licensed Social Worker License in Appropriate Discipline
- 3 Years Clinical Experience
