About The Position

This position is responsible for providing daily supervision of rehabilitation services under the guidance of the program manager. Responsible for the resolution of customer complaints, as well as, analyzing the program for operational problems and assisting with the development of action plans to improve services.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree required.
• Applicable License/Certification.
• Experience of 3 years or more in a resource therapist role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate people effectively.
• Occupational Therapist.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification.
• Basic Life Support.
• Physical Therapist.
• Speech-Language Pathologist.
