About The Position

The Refrigeration/Boiler Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and compliance of the Ammonia Refrigeration System, including associated PSM requirements, as well as boiler, air/pneumatic, and HVAC systems. This role also performs additional duties as assigned. This position provides direct supervision to technicians and operators within these areas, including scheduling, prioritization of work, and ensuring operational needs are met. The Supervisor reports to the General Manager of Refrigeration and collaborates with the Maintenance Management team to support facility-wide operations. Additionally, the role may assist the Refrigeration Manager and PSM Coordinator at the Waverly plant with administrative responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Post-secondary education or specialized training through vocational school or college coursework
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Basic proficiency in computer skills (e.g., email, data entry, simple document creation)
Experience overseeing personnel performing similar or related tasks
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
