About The Position

As a remote Supervisor of Referrals, you will report to a Manager of Referrals. You will supervise processing of referrals/authorizations. You will serve as a resource for team, monitoring and coordinating team's referral and authorization activities. You will prioritize caseload between associates to optimize all available resources. Implements contingency operations to meet performance standards. You will provide research and resolution of issues relating to referrals and authorizations activities. You will facilitate training requirements for non-clinical associates. You will develop associates for future growth opportunities by coaching them and completing performance management plans.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required by Department of Defense contract.
• Must successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services).
• Candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired.
• 3 years supervisory/management or Team Lead experience.
• 5 years of referral and authorization management experience.
• Previous or current TRICARE experience.
• Self-provided internet service must meet minimum criteria: 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
