About The Position

The Supervisor Production role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement through Lean Initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Technical, Science with Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Chemical Engineering preferred).
• At least 2 years manufacturing experience in a leadership role, or equivalent experience in a supervisory/leadership role (3 – 5 years).
• Excellent interpersonal communications.
• Excellent quantitative skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to exercise leadership, diplomacy and problem solving skills.
• Ability to handle change quickly and efficiently.
• Experience in Lean Initiatives (5-s, Visual Management, Kanbans, or Kaizen events, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cGMP Compliance.
• Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less, with the ability to distinguish colors and adjust the eye to bring objects into sharper focus.
• Standing and walking – 100% of time on job.
• Climbing stairs and ladders – 12 times a day.
• Repeated motion of hands (typing) – 30% of time on job.
• Communicating (talking and listening) – 75% of time on job.
• Identifying colors – 20% of time on the job, ability to see.

• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Ability to visually track moving objects.
