This role is responsible for supervising Warehouse Production and Inventory Associates. The incumbent will assign work for same-day or future orders, ensure raw material is prepped and available for timely completion, and maximize product flow through packaging. They will also ensure first-in, first-out meat rotation from the cooler and freezer, work with Buyers to manage inventory and forecast future needs, and set up the second shift for seamless transition. Collaboration with Sales and Purchasing for future order planning and inventory requirements, as well as with Food Safety & Quality Assurance to maintain good manufacturing practices, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA standards, is essential. The role requires working continually in a refrigerated environment (35°F-45°F) and for periods in a freezer environment (-10°F to +10°F).
