Reporting to the Superintendent, Processing, the Supervisor, Processing is responsible for assigning work and supervising process operations crews in meeting production objectives in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner. This role will operate on a 4x4 schedule rotation consisting of day and night shifts. To be successful, we are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record of mentoring and motivating individuals, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful individual would have strong organization skills and demonstrated professionalism and can interact at all levels of the organization.
