About The Position

TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the Supervisor / Process Tech position in our Bowling Green, Ohio molding division. This role is responsible for setting up and maintaining the injection molding process and supervising hourly operators.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Critical thinking and problem-solving with injection molding
• 2+ years of experience in injection molding as a process tech or similar position

Nice To Haves

• Forklift and Overhead crane experience

Responsibilities

• Assists the Shift Superintendent in all phases of production
• Assist with startups and troubleshooting of machines
• Optimize molding and robot conditions
• Completes shift reports, mold setting check list, and post production schedules
• Load programs per training and work instructions and record any issues
• Fill out work orders and deliver them to the appropriate area.
• Regular on-site attendance
