This role involves managing warehouse staff, controlling inventories, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with suppliers and transportation companies. The supervisor will also coach team members on safety procedures, train and cross-train staff, manage performance, and lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized logistics department. Maintenance of forklifts and tow motors, along with accurate service records, is also a key responsibility.
