About The Position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervisory oversight of the facility with regard to the receiving of dairy products, processing of fluid products, condensing and drying operations and butter operations. Additional responsibility for oversight of Warehouse operations. Job holder will handle regulatory, quality, personnel, sanitation, safety and production adjustment decisions and lead and supervise production team members. Production Supervisor will initiate/support/participate in continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on effectiveness and efficiencies. They will establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and provide guidance to trainees and coworkers. All duties will be performed with safety and quality in mind as priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and manufacturing experience in dairy manufacturing preferred.
Three to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities
