You will be supervising a group of PAs in addition to working a clinical complement of shifts. You will provide work direction, assignments, and scheduling for staff. You will also be responsible for preparing performance evaluations and addressing personnel concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies
- Five years of previous Physician Assistant experience
- Current NYS licensure
- NCCPA certification
- Live within a commutable distance to NYP
