About The Position

The Supervisor Pharmacy Operations will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and implementing pharmacy services. This includes the integration of operations and clinical activities in accordance with regulations, pharmacy policies and procedures, and evidenced-based practices to ensure operational efficiencies. The role requires fulfilling and mastering the duties of Clinical Staff and Senior Clinical Staff Pharmacists.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Registered Pharmacist license
• Progressive Pharmaceutical care experience
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
• 3 Years of experience

Nice To Haves

• Pharmacy Practice Residency
• Board Certification of Pharmacy Specialty (BCPS)
• Experience coordinating operational services
