About The Position
This position is responsible for providing leadership for the FANS department (clinical and non-clinical) and maintains staff oversight including evaluations, hiring process, disciplinary and scheduling. Leads departmental process improvement initiatives. Ensures effective communication within Inspira and with external customers. Responsible for department quality and productivity, as well as, oversees patient services program.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Serv Safe Certified or must obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership for the FANS department (clinical and non-clinical)
- Maintaining staff oversight including evaluations, hiring process, disciplinary and scheduling
- Leading departmental process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring effective communication within Inspira and with external customers
- Overseeing department quality and productivity
- Overseeing patient services program
- Delivering trays to patient rooms, which at times might include isolation rooms where additional safety precautions are required.
