About The Position
White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Patient Access Supervisor who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Patient Access Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of Patient Access including but not limited to: staffing, payroll, Performance Dialogue Process, performance improvement, and environment of care. You will lead and organize department initiatives and use excellent written and communication skills to supervise the staff to ensure that the critical success factors are achieved.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Computer experience especially with email, hospital system, Microsoft products
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous hospital leadership experience or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the supervision of Patient Access including but not limited to: staffing, payroll, Performance Dialogue Process, performance improvement, environment of care.
- Lead and organize department initiatives.
- Use excellent written and communication skills to supervise the staff to ensure that the critical success factors are achieved.
