Help shape the terrain that defines the mountain experience at Mt. Hood Meadows as our next Terrain Park Grooming Supervisor. This hands-on leadership role combines advanced park grooming with crew supervision, equipment operation, park construction, and coordination with Ski Patrol, Park Crew, Events, and other mountain departments. You’ll be responsible for directing daily operations, assigning work, managing staffing and resources, maintaining high grooming and safety standards, and supporting the development of your team. From building and maintaining features to navigating changing weather, snow conditions, and operational priorities, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality product while keeping the crew safe, supported, and productive. If you’re an experienced park grooming operator who takes pride in the product, communicates clearly, and is ready to take the next step into leadership, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on one of the most dynamic parts of the mountain. Bring your technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for terrain parks to Mt. Hood Meadows.
