About The Position

OneSource Distributors is seeking a Supervisor Outbound Warehouse to join their team. This role involves supervising fulfillment associates, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training team members. The position also includes monitoring product and supply levels, collaborating with inventory and receiving teams, overseeing order picking, packing, and shipment quality, and completing special projects. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve departmental effectiveness through technology and innovation. Requirements

• Warehouse production experience
• Familiarity with Eclipse
• Detail oriented with good organizational, writing, and documentation skills
• Strong management, communication, motivational, and customer service skills
• Demonstrated PC Skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Able to work flexible and extended workdays based on business needs
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner

Responsibilities

• Supervises Fulfillment associates (picking, packing, loader)
• Maintains SOP compliance
• Training and development of team members including leads
• Monitors product and supplies to ensure adequate levels are maintained for order volumes
• Partners with Inventory Specialist and receiving team on location issues
• Monitors general processing operations for quality picking, packing and shipment of all orders
• Completes special projects as assigned by management
• Identifies opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness
