Requirements
- Typically 1–3+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, shipping or supply chain, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and resolve conflicts within a diverse team
Nice To Haves
- experience with DG shipping & CTPAT preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle (picking, packing, and shipping)
- Train, schedule, and evaluate fulfillment staff.
- Monitor team productivity and provide coaching to improve performance.
- Perform spot checks and routine audits to ensure orders are packaged correctly and free of defects
