About The Position

As the Supervisor of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one of Sollis Health’s concierge emergency facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and that Sollis members receive exceptional service and care. You will work on the Operations management team and lead the daily activities of the center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a professional environment required, preferably within healthcare, startup, or related company.
  • 1+ year of previous leadership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple calls at once
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to treat confidential medical information with care and discretion.
  • Experience interfacing with senior-level executives and high-profile clientele.
  • Ability to establish businesslike and courteous rapport in all relationships.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Solid organization/time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assume front desk responsibilities: Off season September 15th – May 15th : serve as the primary front desk resource, checking in patients and performing other administrative duties for patients as necessary. On season May 15 – September 15th: Serve as the front desk resource 50% - 75% of the time.
  • Supervise the performance of clinic staff including Front Desk Coordinators, Patient Care Associates, Radiology Techs, Lab Specialists and other support staff and provide performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed.
  • Oversee workflows for the front desk, lab, radiology and general patient flow throughout the clinic.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any patient or employee concerns escalating to the senior Operations leadership team as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies for the site partnering with Nursing leadership to ensure all items are stocked.
  • Create staff schedules for clinical and operations, complete bi-weekly payroll, and daily reconciliations of timecards for employees at your site.
  • Facilitate a culture high-quality patient experience through exceptional and responsive encounters with Sollis members.
  • Partner cross-departmentally with peers and leaders to increase efficiency and to provide high-quality services.
  • Train new and existing staff on updated and new company policies.
  • Assess and manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost effective contracts
  • Lead team meetings and in-service training.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
