About The Position

The Medicare team is responsible for servicing Medicare members including Med Supp and Total Duals / D-SNP (Dual Special Need Plans). The Supervisor will report to the department Manager. In this role you will manage a team of front-line representatives, focusing on coaching/engagement, Quality, Inventory Management and helping evolve member experience. Our leadership model is about developing great leaders at all levels and creating opportunities for our people to grow – personally, professionally, and financially. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning. We are open 7am to 8pm 7 days a week, supervisors will rotate core shift, late shifts, weekend shifts and holidays to ensure ample leadership support.
