About The Position
Under supervision, instruct and supervise the Housing Caretakers responsible for cleaning and maintaining the grounds, public spaces and stair halls of public housing projects in proper condition; perform related work.
Requirements
- One year of permanent service in the title of Housing Caretaker.
- Permanent civil service status in the title of Supervisor of Housing Caretakers to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Make assignments, train, and check performance of Housing Caretakers.
- Report move-ins and move-outs.
- Handle tenant lockouts.
- Fill out work orders as a result of apartment inspections.
- Report any hazardous conditions observed in any part of the project.
