Supervisor of Housekeeping and Laundry Services

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and at least 2 years housekeeping/laundry experience in healthcare setting. This is a working supervisory position with a small team of partners. This means you will be working shifts alongside your direct reports with time carved out for supervisory tasks. Some weekends required.
Requirements
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years housekeeping/laundry experience in healthcare setting.
- Must be able to read and understand standard English.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Compassion towards our patients and residents.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that housekeepers clean patient bathrooms including sinks, toilets, tubs and showers
- Ensure that housekeepers empty garbage cans in patient rooms, patient bathrooms, activity areas and other areas throughout the center
- Ensure that patient areas are clean, including mopping and/or buffing floors, dusting furniture both on top and underneath
- Ensure that hallways are clean of debris, mopped, stripped and buffed following company and center policies and procedures
