They serve as a resource for policies, standards, patient care quality, compliance, and regulatory standards, initiating action for resolution and communicating with Nurse Managers/Directors. Additionally, the supervisor provides disciplinary counsel, acts as an on-site liaison for the Hospital Administrator on-call and Service Excellence issues, and communicates with the Office of Communications Marketing and Media as needed.
