About The Position

This position is responsible for providing radiation protection support for the safe, cost-effective, and reliable operation of Perry Station. Key Accountabilities include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling RP resources; ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures; ensuring RP employees are trained and qualified to perform assigned tasks; supporting and assisting in the operation of CPNPP; overseeing assigned projects; and representing the department in committees, meetings, and task forces. The role also involves supporting and assisting in the operation of CPNPP, overviewing assigned projects, and representing the department in committees, meetings, and task forces. As assigned by Manager and resource sharing to other Vistra stations.

Requirements

• B.S. in a radiological/nuclear field or equivalent experience in discipline.
• Four Years experience in radiation protection
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience commensurate with level of assigned responsibility.
• Good leadership skills.

Responsibilities
